The Guarantor Company shall provide to the Guarantee Trustee, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Holders Trustee such documents, reports and information, if any, information as are required by Section 314 of the Trust Indenture Act Act, if any, and the compliance certificate required by Section 314 of the Trust Indenture Act, Act in the form, in the manner and at the times required by Section 314 of the Trust Indenture Act.

The Guarantor shall provide to the Guarantee Trustee, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Holders such documents, reports and information, if any, as required requited by Section 314 of the Trust Indenture Act and the compliance certificate required by Section 314 314(a)(4) of the Trust Indenture Act, in the form, in the manner and at the times required by Section 314 of the Trust Indenture Act, such compliance certificate to be delivered annually on or before September 15 of each year.
