Common use of Periodic and Other Reports Clause in Contracts

Periodic and Other Reports. The Company shall cause to be delivered to each Member the financial statements listed in clauses (i) and (ii) below, prepared in each case (other than with respect to Members’ Capital Accounts, which shall be prepared in accordance with this Agreement) in accordance with GAAP consistently applied (and, if required by any Member or its controlled Affiliates for purposes of reporting thereunder, Regulation S-X of the Exchange Act). The monthly and quarterly financial statements referred to in clause (ii) below may be subject to normal year-end audit adjustments.

Periodic and Other Reports. The Company shall cause to be delivered to each Member the financial statements listed in clauses (i) and through (iiiii) below, prepared prepared, in each case (other than with respect to Members’ Capital Accountscase, which shall be prepared in accordance with this Agreement) in accordance with GAAP consistently applied (and, if required by any Member or its controlled Affiliates for purposes of reporting thereunderunder the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended ("Exchange Act"), Regulation S-X X), any of the Exchange Act). The monthly reports and quarterly financial statements referred to information listed in clause subsection (iid) below and such other reports as any Member may be subject reasonably request from time to normal year-end audit adjustments.time:
