Common use of Period Clause in Contracts

Period. 3.01 The Company and the Union agree that they will abide by the Articles of this Agreement, from June 17, 2019 to September 30, 2023, and from year to year thereafter, unless either party desiring the change shall notify the other party in writing, at least ninety (90) days prior to September 30, 2023 of the particular year that such is its desire. Either party opening the Agreement in the manner provided above, shall notify the other party, in writing, as to the changes desired.
