Performance Under Agreements. Perform its obligations under this Agreement, each Loan Document and each other material indenture, agreement or other instrument to which it is a party; provided, however, that it shall not be required to so perform its obligations under any such other material indenture, agreement or other instrument to the extent it shall reasonably believe in good faith that such performance is not required and, if required by GAAP, appropriate reserves or accruals have been made with respect thereto.
