Common use of Performance Targets Clause in Contracts

Performance Targets. The Listed Company shall have generated a consolidated net income of (i) at least 120% of the audited consolidated net profit of the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009, for the fiscal year commencing from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010 (the “2010 Income”); (ii) at 120% of the audited consolidated net profit of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010, for a fiscal year commencing from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011 (the “2011 Income”). The Option Effective Date for each performance period shall be that date that is forty five (45) days following the last day of each such performance period.
