Common use of Performance Standard Clause in Contracts

Seller shall perform the Work, and shall cause each Contractor and Subcontractor to perform the Work contracted thereto, in a workmanlike manner using new materials and in accordance with, and so that the Project and the Project Assets comply with, (a) the Project Execution Plan, (b) Good Industry Practices, (c) all applicable manufacturer’s manuals, requirements, recommendations, specifications, standards, and warranties, (d) all applicable requirements of Seller’s insurance policies in respect of the Work,
