Performance Specifications. Department shall not exercise control over Vendor by overseeing the actual work or instructing Vendor as to how the work will be performed; however, the Parties agree that Vendor shall perform the services in accordance with recognized industry standards of care, skill and diligence for the type of services to be performed.
