Common use of Performance Percentage Clause in Contracts

Performance Percentage. As of the Performance Determination Date, the Performance Percentage shall be determined in accordance with the table below based on the AGO High Stock Price in the Performance Period. If the AGO High Stock Price in the Performance Period is between prices listed on the table below, the Performance Percentage shall be determined using straight line interpolation between the percentages listed on the table below. For example, if the AGO High Stock Price determined for the Performance Period is $31, the Performance Percentage shall be 87.75%.
