Common use of Performance Percentage Clause in Contracts

Performance Percentage. As of the Performance Determination Date, the Performance Percentage shall be determined in accordance with the table below depending on the AGO High Stock Price in the Performance Period. If the AGO High Stock Price in the Performance Period is between prices listed on the table below, the Performance Percentage shall be determined using the straight line interpolation between the percentages listed on the table below.
