Common use of Performance on Business Days Clause in Contracts

Performance on Business Days. In the event that any performance or act required under this Agreement falls on a day which is not a business day, the time for performance of such act shall be extended to the next succeeding business day. As used herein, a business day shall mean any day which is not a weekend, or state, a federal or bank holiday.
