Performance of other undertakings. The Charterer shall not do anything which would or might prevent the Borrower complying with clauses 22 (Dealings with Ship), 23 (Condition and operation of Ship) or 24 (Insurance)), or fail to do anything required by the Charter where failure to do so would or might have such an effect.
