Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.
Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other first class, full service retail properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.
Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make or cause Mortgage Borrower and Property Owner to make each Replacement when required in order to keep each Individual Property in good order, condition and repair, and to keep each Individual Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete or cause Mortgage Borrower and Property Owner to complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable, subject to force majeure delay, following the commencement of making each such Replacement.
Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep each Individual Property in condition and repair consistent with other properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the respective Individual Property is located (but at all times consistent with the standards of other "U-Store-It" properties, irrespective of whether such Individual Property is currently operated as a "U-Store-It" self-service storage facility), and to keep each Individual Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.
Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make or cause Master Tenant to make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, the brand standards provided in the Franchise Agreement and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Borrower shall complete or cause Master Tenant to complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.
Performance of Replacements. The first sentence of Section 7.3.3(b) is hereby modified by adding the following to the end thereof: “in excess of $25,000.00”.
Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make, or cause to be made, Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other first class, full service hotels in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating beyond normal wear and tear. Borrower shall complete, or cause to be completed, all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement. Borrower shall provide to Lender, or cause Manager to provide to Lender during the performance of any Replacements copies of receipts evidencing that such Replacements have been made and paid for, together with a certification from Borrower (or Manager on behalf of Borrower) that such Replacements evidenced by such receipts have been made.
Performance of Replacements. (a) Borrower shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other comparable properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating; provided, however, Borrower shall make all PIP Replacements prior to such date(s) as required under the Franchise Agreement. Borrower shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner and in a diligent fashion following the commencement of making each such Replacement. Borrower shall complete the Renovation Plan in a good and workmanlike manner and in a diligent fashion following the commencement of the Renovation Plan Replacements, but no later than the first anniversary of the Closing Date.
Performance of Replacements. (g) Grantor shall make Replacements when required in order to keep the Property in condition and repair consistent with other first class, full service retail properties in the same market segment in the metropolitan area in which the Property is located, and to keep the Property or any portion thereof from deteriorating. Grantor shall complete all Replacements in a good and workmanlike manner as soon as practicable following the commencement of making each such Replacement.
Performance of Replacements. Each of the following are and shall be subject to the terms of the Qualified Lease applicable thereto, if any:
