Performance of Duties and Responsibilities. Executive will serve the Company faithfully and to the best of Executive's ability and will devote Executive's full working time, attention, and efforts to the business of the Company. Executive will report to the CEO or CEO's designee. Executive will follow and comply with applicable policies and procedures adopted by the Company from time to time, including without limitation policies relating to business ethics, conflict of interest, non-discrimination, confidentiality and protection of trade secrets, and xxxxxxx xxxxxxx.
