Performance of Covenants of the Pollution Control Corporation; Representations. The Pollution Control Corporation shall faithfully perform at all times any and all covenants, undertakings, stipulations and provisions contained in this Indenture, in any and every Bond executed, authenticated and delivered hereunder, and in all proceedings pertaining thereto. The Pollution Control Corporation represents that it is duly authorized under the Constitution and laws of the State of Arizona to issue the Bonds authorized hereby, to enter into the Loan Agreement and this Indenture, and to pledge and assign to the Trustee the Trust Estate, and that the Bonds in the hands of the Owners thereof are and will be valid and binding limited obligations of the Pollution Control Corporation.
