Common use of Performance of Borrower Assigned Agreements Clause in Contracts

Performance of Borrower Assigned Agreements. The Borrower shall (i) perform and observe all the terms and provisions of the Transaction Documents (including each of the Borrower Assigned Agreements) to which it is a party to be performed or observed by it, maintain such Transaction Documents in full force and effect, enforce such Transaction Documents in accordance with their terms and take all such action to such end as may be from time to time reasonably requested by the Facility Agent, and (ii) upon request of the Facility Agent, make to any other party to such Transaction Documents such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as the Borrower is entitled to make thereunder.

Performance of Borrower Assigned Agreements. The Borrower shall (i) perform and observe all the terms and provisions of the Transaction Documents (including each of the Borrower Assigned Agreements) to which it is a party to be performed or observed by it, maintain such Transaction Documents in full force and effect, enforce such Transaction Documents in accordance with their terms and take all such action to such end as may be from time to time reasonably requested by the Facility Administrative Agent, and (ii) upon request of the Facility Administrative Agent, make to any other party to such Transaction Documents such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as the Borrower is entitled to make thereunder.

The Borrower shall (i) perform and observe all the terms and provisions of the Transaction Documents (including including, without limitation, each of the Borrower Assigned Agreements) to which it is a party to be performed or observed by it, maintain such Transaction Documents in full force and effect, enforce such Transaction Documents in accordance with their terms and take all such action to such end as may be from time to time reasonably requested by the Facility any Agent, and (ii) upon request of the Facility any Agent, make to any other party to such Transaction Documents such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as the Borrower is entitled to make thereunder.
