Performance of Borrower Assigned Agreements. The Borrower shall (i) perform and observe in all material respects all the terms and provisions of the Transaction Documents (including each of the Borrower Assigned Agreements) to which it is a party to be performed or observed by it, maintain such Transaction Documents in full force and effect, and enforce such Transaction Documents in accordance with their terms, and (ii) upon reasonable request of the Facility Agent, make to any other party to such Transaction Documents such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as the Borrower is entitled to make thereunder.
Performance of Borrower Assigned Agreements. The Borrower shall, and shall cause the Servicer to, (i) perform and observe all the terms and provisions of the Borrower Assigned Agreements to be performed or observed by it, maintain the Borrower Assigned Agreements in full force and effect, enforce the Borrower Assigned Agreements in accordance with their terms and take all action as may from time to time be reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent in order to accomplish the foregoing, and (ii) upon the reasonable request of and as directed by the Administrative Agent, make such demands and requests to any other party to the Borrower Assigned Agreements as are permitted to be made by the Borrower or the Servicer thereunder.

The Servicer shall (i) perform and observe all the terms and provisions of the Borrower Assigned Agreements to be performed or observed by it, maintain the Borrower Assigned Agreements in full force and effect, enforce the Borrower Assigned Agreements in accordance with their terms and take all action as may from time to time be requested by the Buyer in order to accomplish the foregoing, and (ii) upon the request of and as directed by the Buyer, make such demands and requests to any other party to the Borrower Assigned Agreements as are permitted to be made by the Servicer thereunder.
