Performance Meeting Purpose. During a performance meeting, the parties will: 9.4.1 discuss the causes of the Performance Factor; 9.4.2 discuss the impact of the Performance Factor on the health system and the risk resulting from non-performance; and 9.4.3 determine the steps to be taken to remedy or mitigate the impact of the Performance Factor (the “Performance Improvement Process”).
