PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE AGREEMENT. The Contractor's Guarantor organizations have provided a Performance Guarantee Agreement in a manner and form acceptable to the Contracting Officer assuring the performance, duties, and responsibilities of the Contractor will be satisfactorily fulfilled. The Performance Guarantee Agreement is attached to and made a part of this contract in Section J, Attachment A.
