Common use of PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE AGREEMENT. The Contractor or the Contractor’s parent organization(s) has (have) provided a Performance Guarantee Agreement in a manner and form acceptable to the Contracting Officer assuring the performance, duties, and responsibilities of the Contractor, including repayment of unearned provisional fee, will be satisfactorily fulfilled. The Performance Guarantee Agreement dated May 9, 2008, is incorporated herein by reference and included as Contract Section J Attachment, entitled, Performance Guarantee Agreement.
