Common use of Performance Engineer’s Program Clause in Contracts

Performance Engineer’s Program. 1.1 In addition to the standard operational Technical Data provided under Clause 14A, the Seller shall provide to the Buyer the Performance Engineer’s Programs (“PEP”) for the Aircraft type covered under this Agreement. Such PEP is composed of software components and databases and its use is subject to the licence conditions set forth in Part 1 of Exhibit I to the Agreement, “Licence for Use of Software”.
