The Performance Development System clause establishes a structured framework for evaluating and enhancing employee performance within an organization. Performance Development System. The Parties shall meet to create a standardized Performance Development System that will be used in the development of all employees.
Performance Development System. 19.1 The performance development process involves engineers and their manager determining what needs to be done during the year, discussing progress, reviewing achievement and giving feedback. Work plans are focused on our corporate goals and single set of shared goals.
19.2 A formal performance progress review should be carried out with the manager or supervisor six (6) months after you have agreed your work plan objectives. The final performance review shall then be carried out at the end of twelve (12) months. The performance development system cycle operates on a financial year basis.
Performance Development System. 30.01 The Performance Development System provides a framework for ongoing communication between employees and their supervisors regarding the employees’ job performance and satisfaction. Performance appraisals will be used for employee development purposes only. Performance appraisals shall not be used by the Employer to adversely affect the employee’s promotional opportunities or as the basis of discipline.
30.02 Performance appraisals will be conducted on a regular predetermined schedule. The performance appraisal interview is a two-way dialogue that will include an opportunity for the employee to provide feedback to their supervisor on a voluntary basis. An employee shall be given at least five
