Common use of Performance Data Clause in Contracts

Performance Data. Calculate performance data of each Fund for dissemination to information services covering the investment company industry, including, as appropriate, each Fund's average annual total return, cumulative total return, expense ratio, and portfolio turnover rate. In connection with this function, the Sub-Administrator shall, as reasonably requested by the Company's Board of Directors, develop fund performance and other databases to facilitate internal and external reporting and shall monitor the calculation of financial information.
