Common use of Performance Certification Clause in Contracts

Performance Certification. Grantee must fully finish its Project(s) by the Completion Date in accordance with and consistent with any deadlines established in the NOFA. Grantee’s Project(s) must be deployed and implemented in a manner that complies with all applicable terms, conditions, requirements, and limitations set forth in this Agreement, and as proposed/represented in the Application.

Performance Certification. Grantee must fully finish its Project(s) by the Infrastructure Completion Date and/or Adoption Completion Date, as applicable, in accordance with and consistent with any deadlines established in the NOFA. Grantee’s Project(s) must be deployed and implemented in a manner that complies with all applicable terms, conditions, requirements, and limitations set forth in this Agreement, and as proposed/represented in the Application.
