Common use of Performance Bonus Clause in Contracts

Performance Bonus. The Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual performance bonus in such amount, in such manner and at such time as shall be determined by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors or the Board of Directors, as the case may be.

Performance Bonus. The Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual performance bonus in such amountaward, targeted at 25%, in such manner recognition of Executive’s contributions to the success of the Company pursuant to the Company’s management incentive bonus program as it may be amended or modified from time to time. Recommendations concerning the decision to make an award and at such time as the amount of any award are entirely discretionary and shall be determined made initially by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors or Committee, subject to review and approval by the Board of Directors, as the case may be.

Performance Bonus. The In addition to the Base Salary, the Executive shall be eligible entitled to receive an annual performance bonus in such amount, in such manner and at such time as shall an amount to be determined by the Compensation Committee of the Company's Board of Directors or using such criteria (including, without limitation, the Board of Directors, Company's financial performance and the Executive's performance against goals and objectives) as the case Compensation Committee may befrom time to time establish in consultation with the Executive.

Performance Bonus. The Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual performance bonus in such amount, in such manner and at such time as shall be determined recommended by the CEO and approved by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors or the Board of Directors, as the case may be; provided, however, that, with respect to the first year of the Initial Term, the Executive shall be guaranteed an annual performance bonus of not less than $75,000.
