Common use of Perfection Representations, Warranties and Covenants Clause in Contracts

Perfection Representations, Warranties and Covenants. (a) The representations, warranties and covenants set forth in Schedule I hereto shall be a part of this Indenture for all purposes. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture or any other Basic Document, the representations, warranties and covenants contained in Schedule I hereto shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect until such time as all obligations under this Indenture have been finally and fully paid and performed.
