Perfection and Protection of Security Interests and Liens. Deliver and to cause each Guarantor and any other Person required by the Administrative Agent or Collateral Agent to deliver Security Documents pursuant to Section 6.13, to deliver from time to time to the Collateral Agent any financing statements, continuation statements, extension agreements and other documents, properly completed and executed (and acknowledged when required) by such Persons in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent, which the Collateral Agent requests for the purpose of perfecting, confirming, or protecting any Liens or other rights in any property securing any Obligations, Secured Swap Obligations and Cash Management Obligations. The Borrower further agrees to promptly, upon request by the Administrative Agent or Collateral Agent, or any Lender through the Administrative Agent, correct any material defect or error that may be discovered in any Security Document or in the execution, acknowledgment, filing or recordation thereof.
