Common use of PERA LIABILITY Clause in Contracts

PERA LIABILITY. The Engineer shall reimburse the Owner for the full amount of any employer contribution required to be paid by the Owner to the Public Employees’ Retirement Association (“PERA”) for salary or other compensation paid to a ▇▇▇▇ retiree performing contracted services for the Owner under this Agreement. The Engineer shall fill out the questionnaire attached as Appendix D and submit the completed form to Owner as part of the signed Agreement.
