PERA LIABILITY. The Subrecipient shall reimburse the City for the full amount of any employer contribution required to be paid by the City of Pueblo to the Public Employees’ Retirement Association (“PERA”) for salary or other compensation paid to a XXXX retiree performing contracted services for the City under this Agreement. The Subrecipient shall fill out the questionnaire attached as Exhibit D and submit the completed form to City’s Finance Office as part of the signed Agreement.

Engineer has submitted to Owner a completed form listing any XXXX retirees employed by Engineer and shall update said form with Owner at any time a XXXX retiree is hired by Engineer.

PERA LIABILITY. SCOPE OF WORK Pueblo Memorial Airport RW 8L-26R Rehabilitation APPENDIX A – SCOPE OF SERVICES Introduction Xxxxxx Engineering (Xxxxxx or the Engineer) has been requested by the City of Pueblo (Sponsor) to provide design, bid and construction phase services for the Runway 8L-26R Rehabilitation project at the Pueblo Memorial Airport (PUB or Airport). The Xxxxxx team performed a site visit in March 2020 to determine the existing pavement condition of Runway 8L-26R and Taxiways B, B1, B4, and B7. The existing pavement is experiencing longitudinal cracks, minor block cracking, and minor xxxxxxxx. The lineal feet of cracks and sizes were measured during the site visit. The existing surface needs crack seal and an asphaltic rejuvenation (seal coat). This project will include the repair of cracks within three size ranges, (0-1/2 inch, 1/2 – 1-1/2 inches, and greater than 1-1/2 inches) and a FAA P-608 Seal Coat that includes gilsonite. This project will also include the removal of the existing thermoplastic runway hold position markings, rehabilitation of the respective damaged asphalt pavement, and replacement with new runway hold position markings (paint). It is anticipated that this project will be funded by a CDOT Aeronautics grant in Fiscal Year 2020 and shall include Design, Bid, and Construction Phase Services. This proposal is based on the following: receiving a CDOT Aeronautics grant by March 2020, under contract with the City of Pueblo by June 2020, an estimated 2-month design phase (June – July 2020); 1-month bid phase (August 2020); and construction occurring around September 2020. Furthermore, construction is anticipated to take approximately 15 working days over a 3-week period.
