Per Performance Fee Clause Samples
The Per Performance Fee clause defines a payment structure where compensation is based on each individual performance or event completed. Typically, this means the service provider receives a set fee for every show, appearance, or deliverable, rather than a lump sum or hourly rate. This approach ensures that payment is directly tied to the number of performances delivered, providing clarity and fairness in compensation for both parties and incentivizing the completion of each scheduled event.
