Common use of Pension Benefit Clause in Contracts

Retirement Plan and the Supplemental Retirement Plan, or any successor plans, will be calculated in accordance with the terms of each plan taking into account all relevant terms of such plans including, but not limited to, reduction factors for early retirement and social security offsets.
