In addition to the other obligations set forth in this Agreement, the Concessionaire shall be subject to the following provisions of the Pennsylvania Procurement Code: 62 Pa. C.S. § 531 (relating to debarment and suspension), 62 Pa. C.S.. § 541 (relating to accounting standards); 62 Pa. C.S. § 551 (relating to inspections), 62 Pa. C.S.A. § 552 (relating to audits) and 62 Pa. C.S. § 563 (relating to record retention requirements).
