Common use of PENDING Clause in Contracts

PENDING. An employee with a pending status are those employees who have provided a specimen sample but the final results have not been received from the laboratory and/or MRO to determine if the employee is negative or positive. Employees with a pending status are not eligible for referral by the Local Union until a final disposition has been received on their previous test.
