Penalty for delay. Subject to Article 11, if the Seller fails to deliver for reasons attributable to him any or all of the goods or perform any of the services within the time period specified in the Contract, UNIDO may, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies, deduct from the total price stipulated in this Contract an amount of 1% of the price of such goods or unperformed services for each week of delay, up to maximum of 10% of the total price of the Contract.
