Common use of Peer Evaluations Clause in Contracts

Peer Evaluations. Evaluative materials, or summaries thereof, prepared by peer(s) as part of a regular evaluation system, may be placed in an evaluation file when signed by the evaluator or a representative of a peer committee, with a copy provided to the employee. The employee being evaluated shall have the opportunity to review and sign the evaluation prior to it being placed in the evaluation file.
