Peer Evaluation. The faculty members of the department will be given the opportunity to complete the Chairperson Peer Evaluation form (H.1.b) no later than the eighth week of the spring term. The form will be distributed to all members of each department by the division xxxx or immediate administrator and return to the division xxxx or immediate administrator.
