This Agreement, and the other agreements and documents contemplated herein may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which when affixed together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Signatures exchanged by facsimile or other electronic means (including .pdf by email) shall be deemed original signatures for all purposes.
