PDF; Counterparts. This Agreement, and the other agreements and documents contemplated herein may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which when affixed together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Signatures exchanged by facsimile or other electronic means (including .pdf by email) shall be deemed original signatures for all purposes.
PDF; Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed by PDF signatures by any Party and such signature shall be deemed binding for all purposes hereof, without delivery of an original signature being thereafter required. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which, when executed, shall be deemed to be an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same document.
PDF; Counterparts. Each party hereto, and their respective successors and assigns shall be authorized to rely upon the signatures of all of the parties hereto on this Amendment which are delivered by PDF as constituting a duly authorized, irrevocable, actual, current delivery of this Amendment with original ink signatures of each person and entity. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original part and all of which together shall constitute a single agreement.
PDF; Counterparts. Seller and Purchaser may deliver executed signature pages to this Agreement by pdf file to the other Party, which pdf file shall be deemed to be an original executed signature page; provided, however, that such Party shall deliver an original signature page to the other Party promptly thereafter. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which counterparts together shall constitute one agreement with the same effect as if the Parties had signed the same signature page.
