PCU. (a) The Borrower shall establish and maintain the PCU, in a form and with functions satisfactory to the Association, until the completion of the Project. (b) The PCU shall maintain, until the completion of the Project, a Project Coordinator and competent staff in adequate numbers, all with terms of reference, qualifications and experience acceptable to the Association, and an accountant who shall be employed in accordance with the provisions of Section II of Schedule 3 to this Agreement. The Project Coordinator shall be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day management of the Project. The accountant shall, inter alia, assist the Borrower in carrying out the obligations set forth in Section 4.01 (a) of this Agreement.
