PCR Form Sample Clauses
The PCR Form clause defines the requirement for parties to use a specific Project Change Request (PCR) form when proposing changes to the scope, schedule, or cost of a project. In practice, this clause mandates that any party seeking to initiate a change must submit their request using the designated form, ensuring that all necessary information is provided in a standardized format. By formalizing the change request process, the clause helps maintain clear communication, proper documentation, and efficient evaluation of proposed changes, thereby reducing misunderstandings and disputes over project modifications.
