PCO Implementation Process. If County approves in writing the change based on the analysis provided by Riskonnect, the Riskonnect Project Manager shall assign resources to proceed with the change, taking into account its priority with current project activities. The Riskonnect Project Manager will add a new task or tasks (including effort, duration, and resources) to the Project Plan under a task designated for PCO changes. Depending on the degree of change in scope of work, the Parties may need to execute an amendment to this Contract.
