PCBs. If polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) containing ballasts, transformers and other electrical equipment are present in a Work area, these items must be handled by Contractor the following manner. Contractor shall provide labor and materials for proper packaging of these waste items. The Owner’s Project Manager must approve in advance the method of packaging. The packaged waste electric light bulbs will be disposed of as Hazardous Waste as provided in Section 6.6.
