PCBs. There are no polychlorinated biphenyls (“PCBs”) or friable or damaged asbestos at the Property; nor has Owner removed (or required or requested the removal of) any PCBs or damaged or friable asbestos from the Property, nor has Owner knowledge of the previous existence of any PCBs or damaged or friable asbestos at the Property.
