Payments which May Be Made Prior to Notice. Nothing in this Article 10 or elsewhere in this Indenture shall prevent (i) the Company, except under the conditions described in Section 10.02 hereof, from making payments of principal of or premium, if any, or interest on the Debentures or from depositing with the Trustee any monies for such payments, or (ii) the application by the Trustee of any monies deposited with it for the purpose of making such payments of principal of or premium, if any, or interest on the Debentures, to the Holders entitled thereto, unless at least one Business Day prior to the date when such payment would otherwise (except for the prohibitions contained in Section 10.02 hereof) become due and payable the Trustee shall have received the written notice provided for in Section 10.02(b)(i) or (ii) hereof.
