Common use of Payments upon Termination for Cause Clause in Contracts

Payments upon Termination for Cause. If at any time during the term of this Agreement, Employee is terminated for Cause pursuant to Section 7(c) hereof, the Bank shall pay Employee, to the extent it has not been previously paid, an amount equal to Employee’s full base salary through the date of Employee’s termination of employment at the rate in effect at that time and the Bank shall have no further obligation to Employee under this Agreement.

If at any time during the term of this Amended Employment Agreement, Employee is terminated for Cause pursuant to Section 7(c10(c) hereof, the Bank shall pay Employee, to the extent it has not been previously paid, an amount equal to Employee’s full base salary through the date of Employee’s termination of employment at the rate in effect at that time and the Bank shall have no further obligation to Employee under this Amended Employment Agreement.
