Payments under a Supplemental Contract. Employees with supplemental contracts involving the activities pay schedule shall normally be paid on a twelve (12)-month basis. In the event such a contract is not executed by the first payroll period of the year, payment shall be made on an equal monthly basis beginning on the first pay period following execution of the contract and continuing through August 31st.
