Payments to the Agent. On each date on which this Agreement requires an amount to be paid by an Obligor or a Bank, such Obligor or, as the case may be, such Bank shall make the same available to the Agent for value on the due date at such time and in such funds and to such account with such bank as the Agent shall (acting reasonably) specify from time to time.
