Payments to Others for Expenses Incurred in Transferring or Arranging Their Facilities. Applicant shall make arrangements with the owners of other facilities attached to SWBT’s poles or occupying space in SWBT’s conduit system regarding reimbursement for any expenses incurred by them in transferring or rearranging their facilities to accommodate the attachment or placement of Applicant’s facilities to or in SWBT’s poles, ducts, and conduits.
