Payments to Consultants and Sub-Consultants. CONSULTANT shall make all progress and final payments to CONSULTANT, its Consultants and/or Sub- Consultants in compliance with Civil Code Section 3321. DISTRICT has the right to require CONSULTANT, its Consultants and Sub-Consultants to support applications for such payments with Conditional Waivers and Unconditional Waivers per Exhibits D and E attached hereto. Failure at any time to request them shall not preclude DISTRICT for later requiring such for payment.
