Common use of Payments Received in the Lockbox Account Clause in Contracts

Payments Received in the Lockbox Account. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement or the other Loan Documents and provided no Event of Default then exists, Borrower’s obligations with respect to the Interest Only Payment Amount, the Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount and amounts due for the Reserve Funds shall be deemed satisfied to the extent sufficient amounts are deposited in the Lockbox Account to satisfy such obligations on the dates each such payment is required, regardless of whether any of such amounts are so applied by Lender.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement or the other Loan Documents Documents, and provided no Event of Default then existshas occurred and is continuing, Borrower’s 's obligations with respect to the Interest Only Payment Amount, the Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount monthly payment of principal and interest and any amounts due for the Reserve Funds shall be deemed satisfied to the extent sufficient amounts are deposited in the Lockbox Account to satisfy such obligations and any other obligations due on the dates each such payment is required, regardless of whether any of such amounts are so applied by Lender.
