Payments Received from Buyer. The Supplier shall advise IBM GF immediately of any monies received by the Supplier by way of payment or partial-payment of a Purchased Receivable. The Supplier shall (a) transfer to IBM GF without delay such monies and (b) hold such sums in trust for IBM GF until so transferred to IBM GF.
